Which Grammar gets you going? “Greek” goddess Spencer Grammer? Or her hilarious dad, sitcom star Kelsey Grammar? Cast your vote!

Spencer Grammer was interviewed recently and said, “I’m not much of a liar. I’ve always had a hard time having Casey lie.” Lies are tricky, tricky little devils.

On her favorite scene of Greek ever she said, “Hands down that pool table scene from the pilot that we did.” You know what? That WAS a great scene. I might have to go rewatch some season 1 of Greek…just to get my fix until new episodes air!

With “Greek’s” fourth season coming up this summer — no premiere date has been announced as yet — series lead Spencer Grammer will once again be seen convincingly portraying a sorority girl. Oddly enough, it’s a role the actress says she would never have fit into, had she pledged in real life.

“I have some friends who were involved in sororities, but I never did any of it myself,” notes Grammer, who attended Marymount Manhattan College. “I think fraternities and sororities are great for people. I’ve just never been one to do stuff like that.

“I didn’t hang out with the cheerleaders in high school. I was always in theater or art classes. If there had been a sorority that read books and had discussions about it, I would have joined that,” she says with a laugh.

“I love reading existentialism and listening to jazz. I’m just weird. When I turned 25, all I started to do is listen to NPR and ‘This American Life’ on Saturdays. I’m like, ‘What happened to me?’”

At least Grammer gets to act young at heart on set. “I love playing Casey because it’s so different from me, as far as the way I talk and the way that I express myself. I’m like happy and bubbly, but not as much as she is. It’s fun to get to go be somebody else for six months a year.”

Series creator Sean Smith has indicated that the 10-episode Season 4 will be “Greek’s” finale, and he wants the show to finish strong.

We’ve been totally missing Greek since it’s been on hiatus for the past few months, so we are so excited to have our fave ZBZs and Kappa Taus back on campus for another season! With a rekindling romance between Casey and Cappie, an impending graduation for the CRU seniors and tons of amazing theme parties, this season’s got a lot in store! What else can we expect? We asked Spencer Grammer for the scoop. Keep reading!

How does Casey’s college experience compare to your own?
I went to a small liberal arts school and we didn’t have any sororities. And I was a theatre major and took studio art classes so I wasn’t necessarily on the political venture that Casey’s on.

Do you think Greek accurately portrays Greek life?
I think it’s a pretty accurate depiction. I think our story is the college experience. We just use Greek life as a model for these vibrant characters and the struggle that you go through in your late teens/early twenties defining who you are. It’s more about the relationships to each other than these really great theme parties and rivalries between houses.

Would you have wanted to been part of the Greek system in college?
I don’t know. I’m such a weird, artsy kid. I may have if I had met the right group of people, but I don’t know if it would’ve been a step I would’ve taken. College was my opportunity to grow as an actor more than to socially network.

How was being on Greek different than you thought it’d be?
I didn’t think it was gonna last as long as it did. We knew with the pilot we had something really special and there was a special bond with all of us. But everyone that was cast was different than I think you could’ve gone with the show, so that made it really unique.

How is your off-screen relationship with the cast?
It’s grown with some people and not grown with some other people. Me and Jacob [Zachar] are really good friends. He’s Casey’s brother, but we’re very similar people in general. We cook dinner together a lot. The boys are all crazy boys. The girls I don’t hang out with much because I’m more of a dude a lot of the time. I’m not a girly girl. In my regular life, I like to do boy things like burp and not wear makeup, unlike Casey.

Are you like Casey at all?
Our experiences sync a lot of times. I bought a house this year and Casey is buying a future. We’re both taking big steps in our lives. The writers take into consideration what the audience wants to see, and it’s never really about me and my life. But when things happen to Casey, they really touch me because I’m so invested in her story.

How do you think Casey has changed since freshman year?
As a freshman, she was less comfortable being the sorority queen that she’s become. As the seasons have gone on, that’s become more of Casey’s comfort zone, whereas the tomboy girl who’s with Cappie sort of disappeared or melded with that girl.

Greek life is big on parties. Any cool parties we can expect to see this season?
In the first episode we have a princess party which is really fun. We have the Mardi Gras party and there’s an ’80s party, too. There’s also a beauty contest that we do against all the sororities. And ZBZ is focusing on becoming the number one house, so we’re doing a lot with that.

What’s up with Casey and Cappie this season?
Casey and Cappie are together. You’ll see them dating and also see where their differences are. When people get back together, they’re like “we’re gonna try, we’re gonna work” and then things don’t work out the way you think. Casey’s going one place and Cappie’s not sure where he’s going yet, but love overcomes all in the end.

What about Casey and Ashleigh?
They have a lot of ups and downs this season because you see Casey really focused on her career and Ashleigh’s going on her own path. Their friendship is going in different directions and I think that happens to a lot of friends in college. But they’re clearly soul mate friends and BFFs for life. It all works out.

Since it’s Casey’s last semester, what’s up next for her?
Casey focuses on going to grad school and figuring out what she’s going to do with her life post college. She starts seeing what her specialties are and she’s still interested in political science despite the fact that she and Evan have broken up. She’s kind of pursuing going to law school. And she and Cappie are back together so that’s definitely becoming a pull for her.

What would you want her to do?
I love working on Greek so I’d love for her to go to grad school at CRU. Or, there are talks of Casey becoming a house mother. I would love to see Casey grow, for sure.

Greek star Spencer Grammer has been dealing with a little bit of stolen property drama — and it all ended with the guy who ripped off her bike helmet trying to ask her out. The nerve!

Spencer revealed on her Twitter last night that she had run into the guy who had stolen her helmet — and he hit on her.

“Only in manhattan would I run into the guy who stole my bike helmet off my bike [an] hour ago and have him hit on me,” she tweeted.

This morning, she clarified what went down — and reveals that she has a small head — “Well not super small just on the small side.”

Only in New York? We think guys would try to pick up Spencer no matter where she’s riding her bike.

Kelsey Grammer is in the pink these days, and not just because he does yoga with his daughter, actress Spencer Grammer.

Star of ABC Family’s “Greek,” Spencer Grammer, has the good fortune of being the daughter of TV legend Kelsey Grammer, but the young star tells us she was determined to establish a career on her own. Luckily, her parents have been more than supportive about being in such a hard business.

“I think my dad’s impressed that I’ve done well on my own. Your parents are obviously big influences in your life and they affect what you want to do. My parents were definitely an influence in the career choices I made because my mom’s a dancer and they’re both very creative,” she says. “When I went into acting, it may have had something to do with my dad because it’s what I knew. It’s become something I can’t live without, though,” admits Grammer.

“There was a time when I was like, ‘If this doesn’t work out, I’ll go be a doctor or a teacher.’ I realized recently I’m past the halfway mark. I’m not going to go back. This is now my career and this is what I’m choosing my future to be. It gives me such a great sense of accomplishment to know that.”

Unlike many young actors who have had a taste of fame, Grammer says she’s taking her opportunities very seriously. “Everyone parties all the time out here but you just can’t. We’re up at 5:00 a.m. every day. People who do well and have longevity in this career, they wake up early and go to bed early and they read scripts and they’re serious about their work. They’re not out there partying all the time.”

If my parent was about to star in a reality show, I’d just about die. So don’t even get me started on the degrees of mortification I might suffer should they star in one of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” installments, which historically celebrate the most lavish of lifestyles. But Spencer Grammer couldn’t be more excited that her stepmother is about to become one of the network’s newest faces!

“I’m really excited for her,” Spencer tells PopWrap of Camille Grammer’s casting on the now-filming “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” franchise. “I think it’ll be a really good chance for the world to get to know my amazing stepmother. Everyone’s had their ups and downs, but she’s really cool and I am excited for her to have something that will show people how super fun she is.”

As for a cameo, Spencer’s commitments to ABC Family’s “Greek” could keep her off camera … for now! “I might [appear],” she says. “I haven’t really discussed it with anyone yet, but you never know!”
