ABC Family’s series Greek wraps up its second season on June 15. Star Spencer Grammer gave Starpulse.com a preview of things to come in the final round of shows.

“We have a father daughter weekend,” Grammer said. “That will be fun. Jerry Lambert plays my father on the show, so he’s going to come back. That will be fun. There’s like a fight. There’s like a football thing or something. It’s pretty funny what I’ve read. I was laughing out loud actually. There’s some really good jokes in it.”

Grammer already goes back to work at the end of August on season three, which promises to deliver even more laughs. “I think the next season coming up we’re going to have a little more, at least for my character, it’s going to be a little more comedy. Maybe a little less love triangle story line. I’ve had like 80 triangles.”

Perhaps it helps simplify Casey’s love life that some of her costars get swept off by other shows. “I saw Mike Rady yesterday actually. He was doing photo shoots and stuff. It’s so great, we’ve had, I guess for our age, a lot of really great guest stars. Like even the small parts like Jessica Lowndes was on our show and now she’s on 90210. A lot of people have really like come on our show and had great success afterwards.”

Greek only just recently returned with its second half of its sophomore season and already we’re getting Greek spoilers about the season finale!

Scott Michael Foster (Cappie) recently revealed to Ausiello Files that “The finale has a really good cliffhanger and Jesse McCartney plays a really big part of that cliffhanger.”

Foster continues to explain, “It has a lot to do with him and Rusty …. I guess I get some action, too. In my women’s studies class I’m the only guy, so the ladies are like sitting ducks. Of course, he will always be at least partly stuck on Casey.”

So what’s Casey’s story while Cappie is busy getting some? According to Spencer Grammer, “She gets a lot of action… from multiple sources. Cappie is her soul mate, but she’s young and she doesn’t always see that.”

Kyle XY has been axed by cable channel ABC Family after three seasons, it has been announced.

The drama series, which stars Matt Dallas in the lead role of Kyle Trager, will not return following its current 10-episode run.

Kyle XY proved to be a hit with viewers following its debut on ABC Family in June 2006, however its ratings have since declined.

The news follows the premiere of the programme’s third season on January 12.

Meanwhile, the cable network has also confirmed that its comedy-drama series Greek, starring Jacob Zachar and Spencer Grammer, has been renewed for a 20-episode third season.
